内 容 摘 要 随着市场、经济的全球化，服装行业的竞争异常激烈，而服装的需求变动性大，时效性强，整个服装供应链从制纱到成衣包括诸多环节，供应链比较长且存在诸多问题，因此对供应链的管理要求很高。市场竞争的激烈使得单一服装行业的管理已难以支撑企业的发展，这其中库存管理给企业造成很大的压力，是一个比较突出的难题，在此背景下，运用供应链管理技术与方法来解决服装供应链中存在的诸多问题，是比较有效的措施。本文主要尝试运用供应链管理思想来合理控制库存，寻求解决服装行业库存问题的策略。 论文在对服装企业的流程和现状分析的基础上，针对其供应链库存管理现状进行诊断分析，指出当前存在的主要问题在于：配货计划、企业间的协调、信息传递等问题。借助现代供应链库存管理理论和方法，探索性地提出构建整个服装行业供应链库存优化控制模式和策略。在对服装业产品数据分析的基础上，提出了相应的移动平均法和延迟生产方法，以寻求解决服装企业库存问题的策略。 关键字：供应链管理，库存管理，协同预测，延迟生产 ABSTRACT With the globalization of market and economics, the competition in garment industry is greatly intense, while the demand of garment varies dramatically and timeliness is strong, the whole garment supply chain that is derived from producing muslin to ready-to-wear include considerable links, besides, supply chain is extremely long and exist several issues, since the request for supply chain management is terribly essential. The fervent competition of current market has made the garment industry which once engaged in sole management style cannot support the development of the enterprise. One of the most prominent issues is the stock management in the enterprise caused huge pressure. Under this circumstance, it is a efficient measure to exert the technique and skills in supply chain management that can resolve abundant issues in garment supply chain. The essay primarily attempts the thoughts of supply chain management to control stock reasonably, searching the approaches to handle the stock of garment industry. The essay, with the foundation of the garment industry flow and current situation analysis, aims to analyze the current supply chain management situation, pointing out the recent existing problems which mainly include: order planning, the coordinating between enterprises, information delivering and so on.
