摘 要 在我国汽车制造企业生产经营过程中，库存控制具有至关重要的作用，它不仅关系到制造企业的成本控制和满足日常生产运营的需要，更直接关系到汽车制造企业经营战略目标的实现。而且在供应链管理中，库存控制也是重要的组成部分，就供应链管理而言，其最终的目标是为企业构建和巩固其核心竞争力，加强整个价值链上下的合作以降低整体成本及不确定性，从而以此来提高企业效益，达到双赢，而对于库存控制，其决策将直接影响制造企业核心竞争力的构建。一方面在整车库存控制决策上，一旦库存水平过高，企业将限入消化前期库存的被动局面，而库存水平不足也将影响其市场战略的有效开展;另一方面在零部件库存控制决策上，不合理的库存控制将产生不必要的资源浪费，增加总成本。本文就针对我国汽车制造企业的整车库存控制和零部件库存控制问题，依据供应链和库存相关理论而展开研究，旨在提出我国汽车制造企业库存控制优化框架和实施对策。 论文总共分五章，第一章是绪论部分，总体陈述论文的目的、意义和研究方法；第二章是对论文相关的供应链和供应链管理理论以及库存控制的基本方法进行概述，第三章、第四章是论文的核心部分，第三章主要分析我国汽车制造企业库存控制中存在的问题，并在第四章构建解决问题的框架;第四章主要是综合第二章和第三章，联系理论和实际提出解决问题的框架，在整车库存方面，对平滑预测系数进行改进，加强与下游销售企业的合作，在零部件库存方面，主要把零部件分为外购件、自制零件和标准件进行控制，第五章是论文的结论和展望部分。 关键字: 汽车制造，供应链，供应链管理，库存控制 Abstract Inventory control has essential function to motor manufacturing company, it not only affects the total cost of the manufacturing company and daily operation, but more important, affects the business strategic of the motor manufacturing company. In addition, inventory control is one of the important part of supply chain management, as the supply chain management as concerned, its final destination is to construct and consolidate the companys key competitiveness, and strengthen the whole value chain in order to reduce the total cost and uncertainty, thus so as to improve the companys benefit, realize the win-win model, and as the inventory control, its strategic will influence the whole process of the supply chain management. Such as the decision on the inventory control of the final products, if the level of inventory is too high, the manufacturing will have to handle the excessive inventory in the future, and then the company will fall into a worse situation, in the other hand, as far as the accessory inventory as concerned, the inefficient inventory control will lead to a huge waste of resources and then it will definitely add the total cost.
