摘 要 通过拆卸工业平缝机（型号ZJ8500H），测量勾线机构的相关数据，并使用三维建模软件Pro/E对此工业平缝机的勾线机构进行了三维模型的建立。利用Pro/E中机构仿真模块对其进行动态仿真。本文通过对勾线机构的结构组成、工作原理，以及仿真所得的数据曲线进行分析研究，对比工业平缝机的理论曲线，获得了工业高速平缝机各个机构的工作特性，以及其重要的运动学参数，从而获得平缝机的刺料机构、勾线机构、挑线机构和送料机构这四大主要机构在运动周期中的运动区域及特定位置，即得到了平缝机的工作循环图，为平缝机四大机构的运动协调性的改进优化提供了有力的证据，同时为缝纫机设计、生产、使用和维修过程中提供重要的技术参考。 关键字： 工业平缝机； 勾线机构； 工作循环图 Abstract By disassembling the industrial lockstitch sewing machine (model ZJ8500H)，measured the data of the thread hooking mechanism，and using the three-dimensional modeling software Pro / E ，we tried to build the three-dimensional model of the thread hooking mechanism of this industrial lockstitch sewing machine．Using the simulation module of Creo to establish a virtual prototype simulation module and build its dynamic simulation．In this paper，by the analysis of the structure，working principle and the curve obtained by simulation data of the thread hooking mechanism，comparing the theoretical curve of industrial sewing machine，we got the operating characteristics of different parts of the industrial high-speed lockstitch sewing machine and its important movement parameters ，then obtained moving area and specific locations in the movement cycle of four major mechanisms，as the needle bar mechanism，the thread taking-up mechanism　and the thread feeding mechanism．That is to say we got the sewing machine`s operation cycle diagram，and the diagram provided a strong support to improving the optimization of lockstitch sewing machines motor coordination of the four parts，also it gives an important technical reference for designing，manufacturing，using and maintaining of the sewing machine． Key words: Industrial lockstitch sewing machine； Thread hooking mechanism； Operation cycle diagram 目　录 1 绪论 1 2　工业平缝机构造与工作原理概述 3 2.1　工业平缝机构造 3 2.2　工业平缝机工作原理 4 2.2.1 平缝机的线迹简介 4 2.2.2 锁式线迹的形成 5 3　勾线机构的拆卸与测量 6 3.1 拆卸步骤 6 3.2 拆卸注意事项 6 3.3 勾线机构拆卸图及零件清单 7 3.4 零件的测量 9 4　勾线机构 10 4.1　勾线机构的结构及原理 10 4.2　旋梭的结构及作用 11 4.3　勾线机构传动比的选择 12 4.4　勾线机构的仿真模型 13
