A team Leader and a team leader backup from the core I-Field team were assigned to each execution team. Each execution team was staffed with component area element domain experts representing all concerned organizations from both I-Field and non I-Field team members. Assigned I-Field core team members identified and nominated required expertise from their corresponding organizations.
