重庆大学本科学生毕业设计(论文)基于PLC的油站润滑控制系统设计学 生:明松学 号导教师:简毅专 业:机械电子工程重庆大学机械学院二O一二年六月Graduation Design (Thesis) of Chongqing UniversityThe lubrication control system design for oil station based on PLC Undergraduate: Ming SongSupervisor: Prof. Jian YiMajor: MechatronicsMechinery CollegeChongqing UniversityJune 2012摘 要油站的功能是为主机提供一定温度的润滑油和液压动力油,降低摩擦、减小磨损、散热防锈、降低震荡冲击及噪声、排除污物以及为执行机构提供动力。因此要求润滑油的温度严格控制在一定范围内,有的油站由于采用喷射润滑,因此还要求润滑油压力在一定的范围内可调。因此对于油温及油压的控制程度好坏将直接决定油站的功能优劣。由于PLC具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、灵活性和通用性高、使用以及安装简单等优点,因此可以实现对油站的润滑油的温度及压力实行有效的、可靠的、精确的、实时自动控制。在这里采用了德国西门子公司的S7-300系列PLC,人机界面设备采用西门子的触摸屏TP 270 10’’型号,分别采用了Step7 V5.5和Wincc flexible 2008软件进行组态。这里着重论述了油站信号的各种信号的处理方法,控制系统方案设计以及如何实现HMI、PLC和现场设备之间的通讯。关键词:油站,S7-300 PLC,Wincc flexible 2008,组态ABSTRACTOil station is a facility that is matched to provide lubricating oils and hydraulic oils whose temperature and pressure is certain for host machine so as to reducing friction and attrition, releasing heat, protecting the spindles and bearings from rusting, relieving shock and collision, clearing oil, and providing motive power for executive parts. So the temperature is a key factor needing to be controlled to within a reasonable data. In the meantime, some oil station need to provide fogged lubrication oil, so the pressure must be in control too. Therefore the advantages of the oil station are due to the control achievements of temperature and pressure.As we know, PLC is more reliable, easy to stall, in highly general use, and could prevent facility from being interrupted well, so it meets our requirements. Here, we choose the S7-300 series PLC and the touch panel TP270 10’’ coming from Siemens. Meanwhile, we take use of Step7 V5.5 and Wincc flexible 2008 to configure them. In the article, we talked more about how to deal with the digital signal and analog signal coming from the field facilities, how to design the supervisory and control system and how to realize the communication among the PLC, HMI, and Field facilities.
