The Chinese government has repeatedly reiterated that Chinas exchange rate reform is primarily a timing issue, and now it is premature for the RMB appreciation. Given the sweeping volatility of exchange rates and the repercussions for real economies, it is odd, therefore, that central banks do not include currencies on their policymaking dashboards. No wonder the Chinese are then confused when someone from the Treasury office flies across the Pacific Ocean to talk currencies. It is time for monetary policymakers to start talking currencies too. In this paper, Firstly, I have analyzed the RMB appreciation in the political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental spheres. If the RMB is appreciated, the international relations and the status of China, the imports, the foreign investment, the system of law, the clean production and the low-carbon production, and the building of a new socialist countryside will be improved a lot. Besides, it also do good to the restructure industry in China and reducing the external debt service pressures. In addition, it will be cheaper to study abroad, do research and visit abroad to communicate with different countries.
