中 文 摘 要 高校国有资产是学校从事教学、科研、管理等各方面工作的重要物质基础，也是衡量一个学校规模大小、办学水平高低的重要指标之一。近年来，高校资产迅速膨胀，融资渠道多样化，高校经营性产业扩大，使高校国有资产管理难度日趋加大。然而长期以来，高校国有资产管理意识落后，在如何理顺产权关系、优化资源配置、防止资产流失、提高办学效益等方面成为我们必须认真思考的问题。 本文对我国高校国有资产基本现状进行了描述，针对长期以来高校国有资产管理意识淡薄、规章制度不健全、资产低效使用、闲置浪费严重等问题，并对其原因进行分析，阐述新形势下高校国有资产管理工作者应具备的观念，对如何健全高校国有资产管理体制，完善高校国有资产管理运行机制提出一些见解和想法。 关键词：高等学校；　国有资产管理；　固定资产 Abstract Colleges and universities state-owned assets are engaged in teaching, research, management and other aspects of the work of an important material foundation.
