变频器摘要 各种类型的变频器因器在交流调速领域广阔的应用前景自从问世以来就一直是各方面研究的重点和方向。本文设计了一种新型全数字化三相SPWM变频器，整流部分采用二极管不可控整流，电路结构比较简单可使功率因数接近1。逆变器采用三菱公司提供的智能功率模块PM25RSB120（Intelligent Power Module），它包含了IGBT芯片及外围的驱动和保护电路。在控制部分以英国MITEL公司的专用集成芯片SA866为控制核心，同时使用外部EEPROM将参数直接写入其中，无需其它处理器配合，充分利用其外围电路简单、具有多种波形选择的特点。驱动电源采用JS158，它是专为设计逆变装置而又使用IPM的嵌入式系统级开关电源，具有9路输出，8路隔离输出，电流强劲，输入电压范围宽，保护全等优点。为了增强抗干扰能力和保护控制电路，在本篇论文设计中还设置了隔离和过流保护单元。 关键词: SA866，三相变频器，智能功率模块 Abstract Various kinds of frequency changer has become the key point and the direction which various aspects studies since it has been published, because it has broad application prospect in the exchange velocity modulation. This article designed one kind of new entire digitized three-phase SPWM frequency changer, the rectification has used the diode encontrollable rectification, the electric circuit structure is simple and it can enable the power factor to approach 1. The inverter uses intelligent power module PM25RSB120 which the Mitsubishi Corporation provides (Intelligent Power Module), it has contained the IGBT chip and the periphery actuation and the protection circuit. We use English MITEL Corporations special-purpose integrated chip SA866 in control section .We simultaneously uses exterior EEPROM directly to read in the parameter, does not need other processor . We fully use its these characteristics :simple periphery electric circuit , many kinds of versatile choices, Various form choices. The power source we use JS158, It is a specially installment switch power source designed for IPM in the inversion system , it has these merits: 9 groups outputs,8 groups isolation outputs, strongelectric current, the input voltage scope is wide, various protects and so on . In order to strengthen the antijamming ability and protect the control circuit, we has also established the isolation sum and the protection unit in this paper design .
