Mastering medical immunology is a prerequisite to understand the pathogenesis of the disease involved in Immunology, and the process of immunological experimental methods, so as to be a good doctor. 　　1. basic theory and basic knowledge (1)To understand the development of medical immunology , its status in medicine, the structure of the immune system. (2)To comprehend important immune cells and molecules in human immune system, and the mechanism of the immune response accomplished by these cells and molecules. (3) To know about the principle of treatment and prevention of immunological disease after understanding the basic immunological theory. 2. To cultivate fundamental capacity To cultivate the ability of study independently: the teachers stress the important and difficult issue in class, tutor the students to read relative textbooks and materials, so as to cultivate the ability of study independently and comprehension. To cultivate the ability of comprehension and analysis: stress the logic and thinking of the teaching, elaborate the relationship between structure and function，physiology and pathology of immune system，so as to make the students master the basic theories and the principle of treatment and prevention of immunological diseases, guide the students to explai
