摘 要 本文叙述了H.323视频会议系统应用，分析了H.323标准的特点，介绍了基于H.323标准的视频会议技术的特点和优势，指出了视频会议的广阔前景。介绍了基于H.323标准的视频会议系统工作原理，描述了视频会议系统的基本功能，阐述了系统的软件和硬件构成.。对整个系统的设计思想与流程进行了较详细的分析。系统使用了VIS H.323 DLL Library 的类库 ,使用DirectShow技术捕获视频。H.323视频会议系统主要由H.323终端、网守(GateKeeper)、多点控制单元(MCU)、VIS H.323 DLL等功能模块组成。同时对应用H.323系统使用过程中遇到的问题进行简单讨论。 视频会议系统的框架结构是基于H.323标准建立的，H.323是伞式标准，它参考了其他ITU-T标准，提供了系统和组件的描述，呼叫模型描述以及呼叫信号处理，完成了多层次的多媒体通信。这些层次包括局域网上的声音通信、声音和视频通道、声音和数据通道、声音和视频以及数据通信。 论文在对H323视频会议框架结构原理进行分析的同时，也对设计中遇到的关键问题进行了讨论 ，对于今后视频会议系统的设计提供了一个新的思路。 关键词：H.323标准， 视频会议系统，网守(GateKeeper)，多点控制单元(MCU), VIS H.323 DLL类库，Directshow捕获视频。 Abstract This article describes the Based on H.323 Video frequency Conference System applications, analysis of theH.323 protocol standard features, introduced the Based on H.323 Video frequency Conference System technology features and advantages that the Video frequency Conference broad prospects.
