中国医药供应链现状摘要：中国医药行业近年来发展迅速，医药供应链成为大家关注的焦点。通过对 18 家国内著名医药相关企业负责人和供应链管理专家进行调研和沟通，并结合相关资料，对中国医药供应链现状进行深度分析，提出结构复杂、缺乏集成度、 IT 系统使用效果等中国医药供应链特有的问题和现象，并对医药供应链优化提供建议，包括大型龙头企业、政府的推动作用以及构建第三方平台等。关键词：医药供应链；复杂；集成度中图分类号： F273.7 文献标识码： AAbstract: In China, due to the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical supply chain becomes a focus ofattention. In our paper, by visiting 18 pharmaceutical related companies and deeply interviewing their senior managers and expertson supply chain management, and combining relative resource, we provide an in -depth analysis for the pharmaceutical supplychain in China.
