SAP Business One helps you create company-specific print layouts. You can design not only the print layout of external business documents, such as delivery notes or invoices, but also of internal evaluations and reports. SAP Business One provides various print layouts and you can adapt these print layouts to meet your requirements. You can also print documents before you have added them. In this case, the system automatically adds the Draft watermark to the print out. To access the print layout designer, enter the transaction of the document type you want to print (such as an A/R invoice, an A/R credit memo, and so on) and choose Tools ? Print Layout Designer… . This will bring up a list of all existing print layouts belonging to that specific document type. SAP Business One provides a lot of pre-designed print layouts that you can adapt to your requirements. These pre-designed print layouts are indicated by the word System in parentheses. The system print layouts are read-only. If you want to change them you need to open them and save them under a new name. You can then edit the new print layout.
