Battery 专业英语论文 化学化工学院 2012级化学2班姚勇 It has been 3 years since I came to SNNU. And every morning in Monday ,I should get up early and ride to Wenyuan Building to have a lesson which is named “Structural Chemistry”. In the classroom ,the professor try his best to lead us to the world of molecule and atom . Learning this lesson, to be honest , I have challenges. When I cannot solve the problem, I sometimes look out of the window. And what does I see ?Can you imagine ? A high and huge factory chimneys! It is giving off a large number of gas ,which seems like a long dragon is coming out and flying away. I guess I will see thousands of “gas dragon ” if I take the helicopter and travel around Xian City. This is just the tip of the iceberg, in air pollution which is called one of “The global several big challenges”. As we all known, we human are facing challenges, such as energy crisis, greenhouse effect and air pollution. How can we solve these problems? I think , researching and developing Battery will play an important role in replying to them. Battery is an installation which can transfer chemical energy to electrical energy ,and is divided to positive pole and negative pole. It contains electrolyte solution and metal electrodes. With the development of science and technology ,battery means the small installation that can produce electrical energy ,for example ,solar cell. The main performance parameters of battery are capacity ,specific energy, electromotive force ,resistance . Using battery as an energy source, we can get steady voltage and steady current. And it’s able to provide long time stable supply , which can get away from the outwards influence. Battery is so small and convient that we can bring it with us wherever we go. Therefore ,battery is making a diffidence in our daily life ,and it will change the world in the future if we devote us to produce universal hig
