Institute of Plant Protection, Guangxi Academy of Agriculture Sciences, Nanning 530007) Abstract : A multi-residue analysis method was developed for 3 kinds of herbicides in sugarcane using gas chromatography with electron impact ionization mass spectrometric determination. The samples were extracted and cleaned up with QuEChERS, then separated by DB-5MS capillary column. The recoveries were 92.0 %～108.0 %、88.0 %～96.0 %、88.0 %～100.0 % for atrazine , acetochlor and ametryn respectively, and the relative standard deviations were 4.0 %～4.5 % 、1.1 %～6.9 % 、3.2 %～4.8 % ( n = 6) for atrazine , acetochlor, and ametryn respectively ,with spiked 3 kinds of herbicides at levels of 0.025～0.100 mg/kg in blank samples. The limits of detection (3S/N) were 0.001, 0.002, 0.001mg·kg-1, respectively. The improved QuEChERS method combining GC /MS has been successfully applied to determine atrazine , acetochlor and ametryn in sugarcane.
