American way of life What is an American? It is so difficult to generalize. As we all know, the USA is a nation of immigrants. There are many different cultures, race and religions in this country. It also caused many diseases in this country. I will give a brief introduction of the America. The gun violent in America The United States has strong human, financial and material resources that can control the crimes of violence effectively, but the United States society has a long history of violent crime. The United States of America gun violence and gun death rate was the highest in the developed countries. The United States of America foreign policy disclosed in January 9 2011, more than 30000 people died in gun violence, 200000 people were injured as a result of gun violence in the United States each year. According to statistics of the United States Department of justice in 2010, in the 480760-robbery crime, 188380 cases of rape and sexual assault crime, criminals use guns accounted for 29% and 7%. The shooting occurred frequently, the United States has already caused dissatisfaction among the people; there are many protests every year, demanding the government strictly control the private guns, but the United States government has not given enough attention. The United States has a strong human, financial, material resource to control the crimes of violence effectively, but the United States society has long violent crime, citizen’s life, property, and personal safety cannot be guaranteed. In September 15, 2011, the United States Department of justice shows that, the United States residents aged 12 years and above experienced 3800000 violent crimes, 1400000 serious crimes of violence,of property crime and 138000 personal thefts in 2010. The crime rate was 15 per thousand people. There are many violence and crimes in America. Every 100000 people experienced 452 violent crimes, property crimes 3438.8 on average in the southern region.
