Executive summary
Strategic human resource management is a complicated process, and academics and commentators are evolving, studying and discussing it constantly (Luthans, 2001). Staff will become more loyal, committed, motivated, focused, respectful, sympathetic, and objective if HR is managed effectively. This is important for productivity, innovation, profits, efficiency of a company. 3M Company is well known for innovation and various products. The report will discuss the HR strategies of 3M Company in the finding section, and then evaluate them in the following. Finally, there would be some recommendations for 3M Company.
1.0 Introduction
The aim of this report is to evaluate the design, implementation and maintenance of 3M HR strategies. These strategies are used to manage people for optimum business performance which includes the implementation of policies and processes to encourage these strategies and the assessments of the contribution of people to the business. 3M Company perform well in the field of business in the world.
