1%联苯卞唑软膏联合皮肤康洗液治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察1%联苯卞唑软膏联合皮肤康洗液治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床效果，并为该病的治疗积累临床经验。 方法 选取本院皮肤科2010年4月～2013年3月收治的88例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者，利用随机数字表法将所有患者分成A、B、C三组。A组患者给予皮肤康洗液外用治疗，B组患者给予1%联苯苄唑软膏外用治疗，C组患者给予皮肤康洗液联合1%联苯苄唑软膏治疗。比较三组患者用药后的总有效率及细菌清除率。 结果 C组的总有效率及细菌清除率均明显高于A、B组（P0.05）；C组有2例患者出现面部潮红，未经处理自行缓解且不影响药物使用。 结论 1%联苯卞唑软膏联合皮肤康洗液能够提高马拉色菌毛囊炎的治疗效果，且能提高细菌清除率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 马拉色菌毛囊炎；1%联苯苄唑软膏；皮肤康洗液；临床疗效；细菌清除率 　　[中图分类号] R753.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0071-02 　　Clinical curative effect observation of 1% bifonazole ointment combined with pifukang solution in treatment of malassezia folliculitis 　　ZHANG Wu-jun 　　Department of Dermatology，the First People′s Hospital of Jinzhou District in Dalian City in Liaoning Province，Dalian 116100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of 1% bifonazole ointment combined with pifukang solution in treatment of malassezia folliculitis，and to accumulate clinical experience in treatment of the disease. Methods 88 cases of patients with malassezia folliculitis who were selected from department of dermatology in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2013，and they were randomly divided into group A，group B and group C.Group A was treated with pifukang solution，group B was treated with 1% bifonazole ointment，and group C was treated with 1% bifonazole ointment combined with pifukang solution.The total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate after drug use in the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B（P0.05）；2 cases in group C developed facial blushing，it alleviated by oneself without treatment，and it did not affect drug use. Conclusion 1% bifonazole ointment combined with pifukang solution can improve the treatment effect of malassezia folliculitis，and improve the bacterial clearance rate，so it worthy of further promotion. 　　[Key words] Malassezia folliculitis；1% bifonazole ointment；Pifukang solutio
