病毒性胃肠炎患者中诺如病毒感染情况的检测分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨病毒性胃肠炎患者中诺如病毒感染情况的检测分析。方法：通过对2013年1-9月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的120例病毒性胃肠炎患者，分别运用逆转录聚合酶链反应法检测和转录反转录协同实验检测，对两种检测方法的灵敏度、特异性进行比较。结果：运用转录反转录协同实验后GGⅠ阳性7例，占5.83%，阴性113例，占94.17%，GGⅡ阳性46例，占38.33%，阴性74例，占61.67%。转录反转录协同实验行检测，阳性53例，占44.17%，其中GGⅠ患者7例，占阳性患者的13.21%，GGⅡ患者46例，占阳性患者的86.79%；恒温快速检测法检测出阳性患者53例，占总患者数的44.17%，其中不同性别、不同年龄段比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），转录反转录协同实验的灵敏度及特异性分别为89.09%、93.85%，阳性预测值92.45%，阴性预测值91.04%。结论：临床运用转录反转录协同实验检测病毒性胃肠炎患者中诺如病毒感染情况，具有较高的灵敏度及特异性，临床值得推广。 　　【关键词】 病毒性胃肠炎； 诺如病毒； 感染； 检测分析 　　中图分类号 R446 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）11-0053-03 　　Detection of Viral Gastroenteritis Patients Nor Virus Infection/LIU Yuan-xing，ZHENG Zhi-yuan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（11）：53-55 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the detection and analysis of viral gastroenteritis patients nor virus infection.Method：120 cases of viral gastroenteritis patients from January 2013 to September 2013 in author’s hospital for treatment were using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction assay and reverse transcription using the transcription collaborative assay of two species detection sensitivity，specificity compared.Result：The use of reverse transcription collaborative experiment GG Ⅰ positive patients were 7 cases，accounting for 5.83%，negative patients were 113 cases，accounting for 94.17%，GG Ⅱ positive patients were 46 cases，accounting for 38.33%，negative patients were 74 cases，accounting for 61.67%.Transcription reverse transcription collaborative experimental line detection，positive patients were 53 cases，accounting for 44.17%，which included 7 cases GG Ⅰ patients，accounting for 13.21%，46 cases GGⅡ patients，accounting for 86.79%；thermostat rapid assay detected positive the number of patients was 53 cases，accounting for 44.16% of the total number of patients，different sexes，different ages relatively had no significant difference（P0.05），reverse transcription collaborative experimental sensitivity and specificity were 89.09%，93.85%，positive predictive
