南方医科大学成人高等教育毕业论文 题目：高压氧在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用及护理 作者姓名： ⅹⅹⅹ 专 业： ⅹⅹⅹⅹ 年 级：2012级专升本 高压氧在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用及护理 摘 要 目的：探究高压氧在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患者中的应用价值及护理措施，以为其临床推广使用提供科学依据。方法：选取某院2012年5月至2014年10月收治的120例缺氧缺血性脑病新生患儿为研究对象，经本院伦理委员会批准及患者家属知情同意下分为对照组与研究组各60例，两组患者均给予综合护理，对照组采取常规治疗，研究组则给予高压氧治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果及护理效果。结果：研究组通过采取高压氧治疗并实施护理，临床治疗总有效率90%（54/60）、住院时间（10.5±2.5）d、住院费用（6805.32±1203.35）元，与对照组80%（48/60）、（18.5±3.0）d、（8978.58±1300.37）元相比较，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：综合护理基础上采用高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效确切、住院时间短、经济负担低，值得在今后临床工作中推广使用。 关键词：高压氧；缺氧缺血性脑病；综合护理；常规治疗 Abstract Objective: to explore the hyperbaric oxygen in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy patients applied value and nursing measures, provide a scientific basis for its clinical use. Methods: selecting a hospital in May 2012 to October 2014, 120 cases of newborn hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (children as the research object, and with the approval of the ethics committee at our hospital and the patients families informed consent were divided into control group and the team all 60 cases, two groups of patients were given comprehensive nursing, the control group treated with conventional, the team is given hyperbaric oxygen treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and nursing effect. Results: the team with hyperbaric oxygen treatment and implementation of care and the clinical total effective rate was 90% (54/60), length of hospital stay (10.5 + 2.5), d (6805.32 + 1203.35) yuan, hospitalization cost, and the control group 80% (48/60), d (18.5 + 3.0), (8978.58 + 1300.37) yuan, compared between group differences statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing care on the basis of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy curative effect, short hospital stay, economic burden is low, is used widely in clinical work in future.
