毕 业 论 文 课 题 名 称 手机外壳材料的发展与应用 分 院/专 业 机械工程学院 班 级 高技1111 学 号 1101013132 学 生 姓 名 詹晶 指导教师： 曹云萍 2014年5月27日 摘要 手机壳虽小，但却是一个技术要求很高的工艺。中国大陆虽然是世界上最大的塑料品地区，但缺乏符合中等标准的手机外壳厂商。全球也只有大约11-15个厂家能够生产符合中等标准的手机外壳。塑料手机外壳经历了多年发展后进入高度成熟期，竞争激烈，几乎所有的塑料手机外壳厂家运营利润率大幅度下滑。2003年大部分厂家能保持20-25%左右的运营利润率到2006年大部分厂家都下降到10%以上。金属手机外壳在经历多年摸索后摩托罗拉引导的超薄手机潮流而迅速占领高端手机市场。金属手机外壳门槛高，擅长塑料外壳的厂家很难进入此领域未来手机外壳发展方向有两个一个是塑料手机外壳表面金属化成为中档手机主流，另外一个就是金属手机外壳所占的比例会越来越高，尤其在高档手机领域。金属手机外壳相对塑料外壳有优势首先是金属手机外壳可以更薄更轻，因为金属的强度远比塑料要高。轻薄正是目前手机的主流其次是散热好，目前手机的功耗越来越高，某些手机采用低档的0.18微米工艺的芯片，这样的手机在通话时如果采用塑料外壳是完全有可能烫手，而金属外壳散热效果要好得多再次是电磁辐射，金属外壳的电磁辐射屏蔽毫无疑问比塑料好得多，辐射越少，对人体健康越有利是环保，金属外壳是可以回收利用的，而塑料无法回收利用，自然状态下要数十年才能完全分解，环境污染大。不过金属外壳开模周期长，材料成本高，工序繁多，良率低，这就决定金属外壳适合那些品种少、出货量大的高端手机和智能手机 Abstract Mobile phone shell is small, but its technical requirement is strict.
