学 号：111毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN设计题目：蓄热式加热炉计算机集散控制系统 ——监控界面设计学生姓名： 专业班级：自动化 2 班 学 院：电气工程学院 指导教师：*** 教授 2015 年 6 月 11 日 摘要摘要 随着钢铁行业竞争的日益激烈，高质量、高产量、低成本已经成为现代钢铁 企业得以生存的必要条件。钢铁行业中蓄热式加热炉的工艺是一个非常复杂的过 程，在整个过程中很多环境是人所不能直接接触、观察、测量、计算和调节的， 那么这些不能直接接触、观察、测量、计算和调节的环境，就需要用到自动化产 品来测量、传输、接收、显示、控制。 本设计在了解蓄热式加热炉的工艺过程的基础上，设计了蓄热式加热炉计算 机集散控制系统，分别对加热炉的三段炉温进行控制，每段炉温控制构成一个串 级比值控制系统；对蓄热式加热炉控制系统中相关设备进行了选型；对西门子公 司的组态开发软件WinCC的特点及使用方法进行了简单介绍之后，使用WinCC设计 了蓄热式加热炉计算机监控主界面，完成了对蓄热式加热炉的主要过程参数的检 测、控制、显示、记录及报警的功能。 关键词：蓄热式加热炉；WinCC；组态画面；自动控制-Ⅰ- Abstract Abstract Along with the steel and iron profession Competition intense,high grade, the high yield, the low cost already became the essential condition which the modern iron and steel enterprise could survive. In the Iron and steel industry, regenerative heating furnace technology is a very complex process ，throughout the process, many of the human environment is not by direct contact, observation, measurement, calculation and adjustment，well, these are not suitable for direct contact, observation, measurement, calculation and regulatory environment, we need to resort to measurement automation products, transmission, receive, display and control.
