新课程背景下化学教师素质研究 摘 要 随着素质教育的全面实施和新一轮课程改革的推行对化学教师素质提出了新的更高要求。化学教师作为教师集体中的一个特殊群体,其素质构成既有符合一般教师素质构成的共性的一面,同时又具有其特殊性。而教师素质构成的不同方面必然会对教学效果产生不同的作用和影响。因此,在新课程改革的这个大背景下,提高教师素质就显得尤为重要,可以说只有提高教师素质,中国素质教育的实施才有了基本保证。本文对新课程背景下化学教师素质现状进行调查和分析,得出了化学教师素质的结构缺陷。结合新课程背景下教师应具备的素质要求。提出了通过采取多种方式,提高化学教师素质;发挥教师主观能动性,激发教师提高自身素质意识;建立健全评价机制,推动化学教师 素质不断提高的建议。全面提升化学教师素质,以适应新课程的需要。从而更好的推进新课程改革的全面发展。 关键词:新课程改革;化学教师;素质 THE STUDY OF CHEMISTRY TEACHERS’ QUALITY IN NEW CURRICULUM REFORM ABSTRACT The full implementation of quality education and new curriculum reform put forward new and higher quality requirements for chemistry teachers. As a special group in the teachers’ collective, the quality of chemistry teachers has not only the commonality of general teachers’ quality constitution, but also its own particularity. The different aspects of teachers’ quality constitution inevitably produce different roles and impacts on teaching effect. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the quality of teachers in the course of new curriculum reform. It can be said that improving the quality of teachers is the foundation of the implementation of Chinese quality education. In this paper, the problems of the structural deficiencies about chemistry teachers’ quality were discovered by investigating and analyzing current situations of the chemistry teachers’ quality. We advice to improve the quality of chemistry teachers via kinds of ways based the quality requirements about teachers’ quality in new curriculum reform. These ways include that improving teachers quality consciousness by exerting their subjectivity, promoting the quality of chemistry teachers continuously by establishing evaluation mechanisms, which will promote the development of new curriculum reform.
