中文摘要 三环减速器是科技人员为了适应机械工程的需要而发明的一种新型少齿差内啮合行星齿轮传动。内齿环板是三环减速器的关键传动部件，在该机构中实质是 ：一、有一定的冲击作用在连杆上；二、内齿环板是计算分析比较复杂的零件，也是产生振动的一个原因。本课题采用了Matlab软件进行动力学性能的分析。 在讨论啮合力变化规律和考虑惯性力的情况下，通过变形协调原理的补充方程，推导出三环减速器各轴受理的计算公式，同时对各轴的强度和刚度进行了设计和校核，并对影响轴承受力的系统参数进行了优化，正确设计三环减速器，减少轴承动载荷，提高寿命，提供可靠的依据。 通过对三环减速器环板受力循环图的分析揭示了三环减速器振动的根源。 关键词：三环减速器， 内齿环板， 少齿差， 力学性能分析，结构设计，振动 Abstract Three-ring gear reducer is a new type of planetary gearing with small tooth difference and internal meshing that scientific and techinical personnels invented to satisfy the needs of the mechanical engineering.Inner-toothed ring plate is the critical transmission assembly. In this mechanism there are two essencial meanings. First, some impact functions on connecting rod. Second, it is not only a complex component of calculation and analysis but also a reason of producing vibration. This subject adopts Matlab software to conduct analysis of dynamic performance. Under the situation of dissussing the changing regularity of meshing force and considering inertial force and according to supplementary equation of deformed and coordinated principles, a calculation formula when every axis of three-ring gear reducer bears force is deduced. At the meantime, strength and rigidity of every axis is designed and checked. Systematic parameter affecting axial bearing capacity is optimimized. Three-gear ring reducer is designed correctly and dynamic load of axial bearing is reduced to increase life-span and supply reliable basis. By analysing the circular graph of annular plate under stress, vibrating source of thre-ring gear reducer is revealed.
