摘 要 本建筑为小型会议中心，采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，独立柱基础。地面以上局部三层。会议室、办公室、客房、展厅和餐厅按其使用功能的不同划分开。 该工程总建筑面积5872㎡。抗震设防烈度为七度，建筑抗震等级为二级，场地类别为Ⅱ类，基本风压为0.5KN/㎡,基本雪压为0.7KN/㎡，为丙类建筑。 本设计的内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。 建筑设计阶段进行了总体方案设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计，以及屋面和一些细部大样的设计，共完成了建筑说明等七张手绘施工图。 结构设计分为手算和电算两个部分： 手算任务是进行结构平面布置、估算截面尺寸等工作，并完成了十幅结构施工图。电算任务是采用PKPM系列软件先用PMCAD建立结构模型；然后用SATWE-8软件进行结构内力分析与计算及一榀框架的设计；最后用LTCAD和JCCAD软件完成楼梯和基础的结构设计。共完成了五张手绘结构施工图和计算书一份。 通过对会议中心楼层平面图、剖面图、构造图的绘制和结构设计，熟悉了设计的全过程，掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法，较好地完成了毕业设计任务。同时，对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解，从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。 关键词： 毕业设计； 会议中心； 建筑设计；结构设计 Abstract The subject of this design is a small meeting center, adopting to reinforced concrete frame structure and independent pillar foundation. There are local three layers stories above the ground and. The meeting room, office,guest room,exhibition hall and dining room are separated by their different usage. The total area of this building is 5872㎡.The seismic fortification is 7°.The reference wind pressure is 0.5KN/㎡.The reference snow pressure is 0.7KN/㎡,construct for C. The design is divided into two parts, one is architectural design and the other is structural design. The architectural design has the conceptual plane design, the elevation design, the cross section design, the final results of the design including: 7 pieces of architecture drawing,10 pieces of structure construction drawing, and a copy of calculation book. The mission by hand is to arrange the planning, to estimate the size of different members, and give out eight pieces of structure design. In the design ,the computer aided design helps to establish the model and then calculate the inner forces. After all of this, select several individual members to be designed by hand. The stairs and the base were calculated and designed by the software of LTCAD and JCCAD. The graduation design offers me a chance to be more acquaint with the whole processes of the design.
