夏利汽车变速器设计 the design of transmission for xiali car 专业：机械设计制造及自动化（汽车工程） 姓名：张若军 指导老师： 申请学位级别：学士 论文提交日期：2013.6.17 学位授予单位：天津科技大学 摘　要 汽车变速器是汽车的核心部分。主要功能:调节变换发动机的各类参数，将动力高效地传至驱动车轮，以满足汽车的行驶要求。汽车变速器通过传递扭矩和转速，把发动机的转速传递至车轮。汽车变速器还是重要的传动枢纽，也是整车驾驶性能的主要部件之一。 通过对汽车变速器的设计,提高汽车的动力性，提升汽车驾驶换挡操纵的可靠性与轻便性，以及燃料经济性和传动平稳性等。主要对夏利汽车变速器的传动部分进行设计，综合原有夏利汽车变速器的性能，在此基础上进行改善和改良。随着汽车产业的发展与进步，汽车变速器的设计标准和水平大大提高,主要是增大其传递功率与重量之比，而且要求其具有更精密的尺寸和更好的整车性能。本次设计以车型夏利N3变速器为基础。在转速、最高车速、发动机输出转矩、最大爬坡度已知的情况下，重点对变速器齿轮的结构参数，传动布置方案的选择以及轴的结构尺寸等进行设计计算。对汽车变速器的传动方案和结构形式分别进行设计，同时兼顾对操纵机构和同步器的结构进行合理选择和设计，通过改善和优化设计提高汽车的整体性能，独立设计出符合标准的两轴式五档变速器。 关键词：变速器；同步器； ABSTRACT Automotive transmission is the core part of the car.
