1 目的 Objective 为了确保设备维保养及时，保障安全生产备品配件，制订本管理程序。As FREP intends to pursue the business team PMT production management mode and ERP system PM module operation requirement, to ensure that the equipment maintenance be performed in a timely manner, and guarantee a safe production, this management procedure is hereby prepared and developed in line with the actual production case aimed at manifesting a clear duty and responsibility for management of the equipment spare parts and for scientific management thereof. 2 适用范围 Scope of application 本管理程序规定了公司备品配件管理的范围、计划的编制、审批、采购、储备等环节的工作标准及程序。This management procedure includes the work standards and steps on management scope of the spare parts, plan preparation, plan issuance, purchase, reservation, usage, asset management and etc. 4 管理职责 Management Roles and Responsibilities 4.1 机械设备部 Mechanical Dept. 4.1.1负责编制静设备、动设备、电气、仪表等备品配件计划，并报公司管理层审批。The Mechanical Department shall undertake to prepare, and submit for approval of the spare parts reservation plan for the static equipment, rotating equipment, electrical, instrumentation and etc. submit it to the management of the Company for examination and approval. 4.1.2负责静设备、动设备、电气、仪表等备品配件的技术参数。The Mechanical Department shall undertake to review, approve the technical parameters of the specialty spare parts. 4.1.3负责定期对静设备、动设备、电气、仪表等备品配件计划修订。The Mechanical Department shall undertake to revise regularly the spare parts reservation plan.静设备、动设备、电气、仪表等 4.1.5负责组织开展进口配件本地化工作。The Mechanical Department shall undertake to organize to carry out the localization work on the imported spare parts. 4.2 生产部 Process Dept. 4.2.1负责备品配件The BT shall undertake to propose the demand for the spare parts, participate in the preparation of the spare parts reservation plan. 4.2.2参与备品配件本地化工作。The BT shall undertake to participate in localization of the spare parts. 4.3技术与规划部Technical and Planning Department 4.3.1负责编制DCS、计算机、化验器材、计量仪表等备品配件储备计划，并报公司管理层审批。The Technical and Planning Department shall undertake to pre
