FDZ-18电接点水位表安装说明 FDZ -18 Electric Contact Level Gauge installation Instruction 准备工作 ●开启包装箱，小心操作，避免损伤箱内的物品。 ●开箱后取出说明书，按说明书最后一页的装箱清单清点箱内物品的品种、数量并检查外观有无损坏。 ●仔细阅读说明书，按说明书的指导去安装、调试。 ●运输过程中，应使之受力平衡，无论搬运或吊运都应避免冲走，防止内部的玻璃受冲击，防止内部的玻璃受冲击而损坏。 ●核实汽泡引出管的中心距是否与水位表的中心距一致；水位表的阀门接口规格与汽泡引出管规格是否一致；汽泡上下引出管中心应处于同一铅重面内，引出管端面也应处于同一铅重面内。以上几点若有偏差及时校正。 焊接 ●将本水位表吊起移向汽泡，对准各管口进行焊接。焊接时要特别注意不要使焊渣等杂物堵塞管子，影响产品正常工作。注意：本水位表安装前必需对锅炉管道进行汽吹，防止杂物进入水位表，产生事故，造成严重后果。 ●水阀下面有一个管头，可根据现场情况焊接排污阀门（放水阀），焊接前必需把管头的封堵割掉，否则放水管没有通路，会出现事故，造成严重后果。 ●本水位表安装时注意水位表零水位与汽泡实际控制水位一致。 接线 ●现场安装工作人员一定要根据二次仪表接线图接线。 ●电源线、信号线、外报警输出线均接好后，根据图纸检查无误后，接通电源。 Open packaging box with care to avoid damage of products inside; Take Instruction Manual out of the packaging box, check if model and quantity of physical goods comply with Packing List, which is at last page of Instruction Manual. Check if appearance is in perfect condition; Read Instruction Manual carefully. Follow the guidelines for installation and commissioning; In course of transportation, during handling or hoisting, violent impact shall be prevented to safeguard glass inside from damage. Check if center distance of steam drum outlet pipe equals that of water gauge steam drum, whether valve connection of water gauge and steam drum outlet pipe are the same. Centers of upper outlet pipe and lower outlet pipe of steam drum shall be at a plumb line, and outlet pipe end surface shall be at one vertical plane. If there is any error, calibration shall be made in time. Welding Lift water gauge and move it toward steam drum, align it with pipe ends before welding. During welding, assure pipe is not clogged by weld slag and then affects normal operation of the device. Before installing, steam blowing of boiler pipes is required to prevent other substance entering gauge thus causing hazard. For the Φ28X4 pipe end beneath water valve, a discharge valve water discharge valve can be weld mounted as needed at site. Before welding, end cover of pipe end should be cut off. Otherwise
