450t Gantry Crane 1. Range of application and purpose: 450t gantry crane is widely used in lifting and transferring double rail track precast box girder 32m, 24m, 20m in the precast yard, as well as assembling, disassembling the bridge girder launcher and girder transporter. The whole equipment includes 2 sets MGHZ450 gantry cranes which at the same time lift one box girder according to construction requirement and span difference, so that they can finish lifting, transferring precast girder as well as putting the girder onto the transporter in the precast yard. The above mentioned equipment can be used to lift other objects within rated lifting capacity. 2. Main features and advantages The gantry crane for lifting girders is designed independently by ZZHZ, its main features and advantages are as follows: 2.1 When above mentioned equipment finish constructing task, it can also be used as gantry crane for lifting girders or common gantry crane in other construction projects. 2.2 Double box girder crane span structure, rigid and flexible support leg structure. The structure reduces bending moment of support leg and horizontal force of crane travelling mechanism, thus improve stability of overall structure. 2.3 One lifting trolley is installed on one gantry crane, double trolleys to lift in a fixed point. Trolleys of two gantry cranes can meet the demand of four points lifting and three points balance, it can drop the girder to an accurate position to avoid girder distortion in the lifting process. 2.4 Crane travelling mechanism adopts double track moving, two layers of equilibrium which can better adapt to the changes of longitudinal and lateral slope, featuring balancing wheel pressure. 2.5 Electrical system adopts advanced control technique with PLC as a core, thus realizing two gantry cranes to cooperate to lift girders. 3.
