富 余 水 深 规 定 UKC regulation 1.1富裕水深的定义（UKC definition） 船舶在浅水区航行时，为保证船舶安全，应使水深超过实际吃水并保持有一定的安全余量。这个安全余量通常称之为富裕水深。 In order to ensure safe navigation of the ship, the depth of channel shall be greater than ship’s draft with a safe allowance while the ship is proceeding in shallow water.
