课题名称 TFT液晶显示器CVD设备操作与维护 院/专 业 机械工程学院/ 机电一体化 班 级 机电1211班 学 号 1101043 学生姓名 毕 业 指导教师： 2015年5月20日 摘 要 知识经济的到来代表着人类逐步进入信息化社会。数字技术、多媒体技术的迅速发展以及家庭与个个人电子信息系统的逐步推广，人们对信息的显示需求的要求越来越迫切、广泛，其要求也越来越高。FPD 是市场中，薄膜晶体管液晶显示器（TFT-LCD）凭着其低压、低功耗、显示信息量大、易于彩色化、寿命长、无辐射等优异特性占据整个平板显示技术的主导地位。液晶显示器广泛应用于计算机和消费电子中，横跨 1 英寸到 100 英寸的市场，液晶显示器的市场规模巨大，已占平板显示市场的 90，因此，我国显示器产业将重点发展 TFT-LCD 领域。 本文以TFT液晶显示器制造过程为出发点，在阐明了液晶显示器显示原理及构造后，重点研究了TFT液晶显示器（TFT-LCD）下玻璃基板非金属膜的工艺。本研究对于我们了解整个液晶显示器的生产工艺，完善工艺流程，并且进一步提出更高效高质的非金属膜生产工艺，提供了广泛的理论和实践基础。本文主要研究内容如下：（1）TFT-LCD 显示技术的发展概况，以及其的结构特点来整体认识TFT-LCD；（2）非金属膜的形成的技术原理及分类；（3）非金属膜的形成的所需要的材料；（4）形成非金属膜的CVD所需要的设备；（5）非金属膜的形成的条件的确定；（6）成膜回顾及工艺的改善 关键词：TFT液晶显示器（TFT LCD）、发展概括、非金属膜、工艺研究 Abstract The arrival of the knowledge economy represents human gradually into the information society. Digital technology, multimedia technology and the rapid development of the family and gradually extended a personal electronic information system, the information display requirement is more and more urgent, widely, the requirements are also getting higher and higher. FPD is the market, thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) with its low voltage, low power, large information display, easy to color, long service life, no outstanding characteristics of radiation to occupy the entire flat panel display dominant technology. Liquid crystal display has been widely applied to the computer and consumer electronics, across 1 inch to 100 inch LCD market, the market is huge, flat panel display market has accounted for 90, therefore, Chinas display industry will focus on the development of the TFT-LCD field. In this paper, TFT liquid crystal display manufacturing process as a starting point, in the liquid crystal display principle and structure, focusing on the study of TFT liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) glass substrate non metal film process. This research to understand the production process of the liquid crystal display for us, and improve the pr
