Pre-Arrival Information for EWC/EWCA Bali Conference, November 13-15, 2008 (As of September 9, 2008) Thank you for registering for our International Conference in Bali, Indonesia. We are expecting 500 participants from 35 different countries. We have organized over 30 panels and four plenary sessions to ensure that there will be interesting topics for everyone in attendance. Below is some general information and advice before you arrive. ? Conference Website /bali2008 ? Schedule The summary tentative schedule is attached for your information. Registration will begin on Wednesday, November 12, from 12noon-5:30pm at the Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel lobby area. Registration will continue on Thursday, November 13, from 7:30am-5:00pm at the Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel in the pre-function area outside the Grand Ballroom. Please note that the first official Conference event is the Opening Ceremony that will begin on Thursday, November 13, from 9:00am-10:30am. After the Opening Ceremony, there will be plenary, poster and concurrent panel sessions, which will continue through the afternoon of November 13. On Friday, November 14, there will be half day sessions during the morning and all day sessions on Saturday, November 15. There will be a Welcoming Dinner Reception on the evening of Thursday, November 13, at 7:00pm hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The evening of November 14, is free and the evening of Saturday, November 15, will conclude with the Aloha Night Dinner and Talent Night. ?
