机场航空器地面滑行优化方法研究

摘 要
机场航空器地面滑行优化是短期内缓解滑行冲突、减小滑行成本、降低环境污染的重要途径,无论在经济层面还是环境层面都有着重要的意义。本文以航空器地面滑行优化为技术手段,以提升运行效率为根本动因,以滑行总时间最小为目标函数,利用最小费用流的基本思想,Dijkstra算法,混合整数规划模型,给出了一种改进的求解最优滑行路径的方法。首先着眼于机场地面滑行道系统,从理论研究和实际运行层面对其进行了科学、系统和深入的研究。然后基于航空器地面运行的网络特性,给出了航空器地面运行网络模型,并简要介绍了航空器地面滑行的基本规则和在这一过程中可能出现的三种滑行冲突,同时选取滑行距离、冲突等待时间、冲突等待次数、转弯次数作为本文的优化目标。核心内容是建立了系统的航空器滑行优化模型。将飞机的安全间隔、滑行规则和这三类冲突避免作为约束条件,通过动态寻找最优路径或动态改变滑行道上的冲突,来实现规划期内航空器滑行的局部最优性和全局最优性,同时给出了模型对应的算法流程,提高了模型的实际可行性。并以海口美兰国际机场为例,利用实际航班时刻数据进行算例分析,把优化结果与实际滑行时间进行对比,验证了该模型的可行性和优越性。

Abstract
The optimization of aircraft ground taxiing is one of the most important methods to reduce operation conflicts, aircraft taxiing cost and emission within short-term. It has great meaning on both economy and environment. In this thesis, taking airport aircraft taxiing optimization as technological means, taking operation efficiency improvement as fundamental motivation, taking total aircraft taxiing time as the?objective?function, and make use of the basic idea of the minimum cost flow, Dijkstra algorithm, mixed integer programming model, gives an improved methods for solving the optimal taxiing path. Firstly, focus on airport ground taxiway system, systematically and deeply research from theory to actual operation. Then, based on network character of aircraft ground operation, given the network model with nodes and arcs, and a brief introduction to the aircraft taxi basic rules and three kind of taxiing conflict that may occur. And select taxiing distance, waiting time of conflict, conflict waiting times, the number of turns as the optimization objective of this thesis. The core of this study is to establish the optimization model of the aircraft taxiing with the constraints of the safety separation, taxiing rules, and conflict avoidance.
