倒伞型曝气机有限元分析及优化设计 摘要：研究污水处理设备强度优化问题,倒伞型曝气机是污水生物处理技术中的关键设备,具有充氧、搅拌和推流等作用。搅拌叶轮的设计和优化对其最主要的性能指标充氧动力效率至为关键。在研究曝气机充氧机理的基础上,对曝气机的叶片进行了实体建模、有限元分析和优化设计。首先利用ANSYS平台对叶片工作过程进行了研究,通过实体建模、网格划分和有限元分析等过程,对曝气机搅拌叶片在工作状态的应力应变情况进行了有限元仿真分析。仿真结果明确了叶片的薄弱环节,并为进行优化和改良结构,为产品的生产设计提供了研究依据。 关键词:倒伞曝气机;有限元分析;优化设计 指导老师签名： Fin ite Element Ana lysis and Optima l Designfor Inverted Umbrella Aera tor Abstract：The inverted umbrella aerator is the key equipment of biological wastewater treatment technology,which has the effects of oxygenation, mixing and p lug - flow. The design and op timization of the mixing impeller ismost important to the efficiency of oxygenation. In this paper, the solidmodeling and finite element analysis and op ti2mal design of aerator blades were made based on the study of the oxygenation mechanism. Firstly, the working process of the bladeswas studied through solid modeling, mesh generation and finite element analysis process, and the stress - strain finite element analysiswas offered based on ANSYS, which identified the weak links in the leaves.And more, the op timized and imp roved designs for the p roduction were made, which set the foundation for the manu2facture of the blades.
