毕业设计(论文) 乳化液的混合装置 Mixing device of emulsion 摘要 本文简要介绍了乳化液混合装置的结构和特点，重点对乳化液自动配比装置的性能指标及各部分组成做了阐述。乳化液对于我国煤矿开采起到了决定性作用，因为乳化液是采煤设备的传递介质，所以乳化液的温度、pH值和皂化值等都会影响它的性能，而尤其乳化液的配比浓度影响更大。本文也着重分析了传统的乳化液配制方法以及目前的一些配制方法，总结每一种方法的优缺点，不断的创新，并且在最后也提出了一种新的配制方法。 在这次设计中，我们没有采用传统方法中的手控配液方式中的截止阀，而是选择了浮球阀，因为手控配液方式中的截止阀不能自动根据乳化液的液位高度来重新配制乳化液，只能手动来控制，这种方法操作繁琐，不能准确的乳化液浓度。在将乳化液注入乳化液箱时，乳化油就能和中性水自动混合在一起，操作人员可以根据自身的实际需要在适当的时候调节浓度，操作简便，配比稳定，并且增加了该装置的使用寿命，节约了成本。 本次设计研究的任务及目标：设计溶液自动配比装置的功能实现方案，包括传动系统的设计，液压系统的设计，搅拌装置的设计，原动机的类型和具体型号选择，液压元件的选型计算等。设计出溶液自动配比装置的整体结构，绘制出整机装配图，绘制液压系统原理图，搅拌装置、液压缸、传动装置等主要零部件的结构图。 关键词： 乳化液； 浮球阀； 自动配比 Abstract Are briefly introduced in this paper the structure and characteristics of the emulsion mixing device, key performance indexes of automatic emulsion proportioning device and the composition are described in detail.?Emulsion for coal mining in our country to the decisive role, because the emulsion is coal mining equipment, transmission medium, so emulsion temperature, pH value and saponification value will affect the performance of its, and especially of emulsion concentration ratio greater impact.?This paper also focuses on the analysis of conventional emulsion preparation method and present some preparation methods, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each method, continuous innovation and finally, this paper proposed a new method for preparing.
