卧式车床主轴箱设计 摘 要 金属切削机床又称为“工作母机”或“工具机”，习惯上称为机床。机床在国民经济现代化建设中起着重大的作用。机床技术水平的高低已成为衡量一个国家工业现代化水平的重要标志之一。机床工业是机械制造业的“装备部”、“总工艺部”，对国民经济的发展起着重大作用。 车床借助于转动的工件对着刀具来切去金属材料。车床主要用于加工各种回转体表面，如外圆柱面、内圆柱面、锥形表面、端面、切槽、切断、车螺纹、钻孔、铰孔等；在车床上采用特殊的装置，还可以进行镗削、磨削、研磨、抛光等。在一般机械制造企业中，车床占机床总数的20%～35%。 本论文主要设计卧式车床的主轴箱。设计摘要如下：确定主传动的运动设计，论证并确定合理的结构网和转速图，拟订传动系统图；根据已知条件对传动件进行设计和计算，对主要传动进行验算；确定传动轴的空间位置及各个零件的装配关系。 关键词：机床，车床，主轴箱，转速图 HORIZONTAL LATHE HEADSTOCKS DESIGN ABSTRACT The metal-cutting machine tool is called “the machine tool” or “the machine”, in custom is called engine bed.
