送料机械手设计 作者姓名： 专业名称：机械工程及自动化 指导教师： 成都理工大学工程技术学院 学位论文诚信承诺书 本人慎重承诺和声明：中华人民共和国教育部第34号向申请学士学位所提交的本科学生毕业论文 摘要 本课题研究的是工业生产中所使用的送料机械手。所谓机械手，简单地说就是用机械来代替人工作业的一种工业产品。随着科技的不断发展，用机械来代替人工已经成为了必然的发展趋势。它的工作主要是按照控制系统的指令来完成指定的动作，从而完成生产任务。送料机械手的工作原理体现了工业生产的自动化，目前工业自动化还处于发展阶段，机械手对其有不可替代的积极作用。工业机械手最直接的作用就是可以取代人工操作，可以提高生产效率，降低工作强度，减少意外事故的发生。因此，它难免会受到人们的关注。机械手在工业生产中主要作用于一些特殊的工件，比如：重工件、单一少品种。机械手还能在一些特殊领域工作，比如：高温、深水、放射性和其他有毒、污染环境条件。由此可见机械手的作用很突出，在工业领域有着不可忽视的地位，而且在当代这项技术并不太成熟。所以，致力于机械手的研究项目不失为一个很有前途的行业，我们有理由相信在不远的将来工业机械手的发展前途是光明的。 关键词：机械手，自动化，工业生产  Abstract This topic research the feeding manipulator is used in industrial production.
