本科毕业设计说明书 题 目：某商务酒店设计（方案2） 院 (部)： 土木工程学院 专 业： 班 级： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 完成日期：  TOC \o 1-3 \h \z \u  附件一：拟建建筑物所在位置总平面图 注：拟建建筑物为业主要求的平面外形，具体尺寸根据业主要求由设计人员确定。 1 摘 要 本工程为位于济南市东邻的商务酒店，主体结构为钢筋混凝土框架结构。总建筑面积主体部分为6000。建筑层数主体为五层。采用柱下独立基础和联合基础，室内外高差为0.450m。 本论文综合运用所学的专业知识，根据设计任务书的要求进行了钢筋混凝土结构办公楼的建筑、结构和施工组织的设计。 设计过程遵循先建筑后结构再基础的顺序进行。建筑设计，依据建筑总体规划要求、建筑用地条件和基地周边的环境特点，首先设计建筑平面， 其次进行立面造型、剖面设计。建筑设计应满足使用功能和造型艺术的要求，并适应未来发展与灵活改造的需要。 结构设计密切联系建筑设计，以现行的有关规范为依据，主要包括结构选型及结构布置、确定计算简图及计算单元、荷载计算、侧移控制、内力组合、构件设计、楼梯设计、基础设计等内容 。本工程采用钢筋混凝土结构框架结构体系（横向承重），选择了有代表性的一榀框架进行计算。对于竖向荷载作用采用分层法，水平荷载作用采用D值法。设计计算整个过程中综合考虑了技术经济指标和施工工业化的要求，由于本工程位于6度抗震设防区，所以计算时不考虑抗震要求。 施工组织设计主要包括施工准备工作、施工部署、主要项目的施工方法以及技术质量、安全生产、文明施工方面的一系列措施。 关键词： 建筑设计 结构设计 施工组织设计 荷载计算 Yantai City power companry office building design ABSTRACT The project name is Jinan power Company office building,.The main structure of the building is reinforced concrete frame structure. The total construction area is the main part of 10983.4 suquare meters, The main building has 7 floors , local 8 floors, without basement. Using pile foundation design for the indoor floors ± 0.000m, indoor and outdoor height difference is 0.45m. This thesis uses the professional knowledge synthetically according to the request of the design program. The design of the office building includes architectural design, structural design and construction management design. The design process follows the order: firstly, architectural design; secondly, structural design; lastly, the foundation design. The architectural design, according to the master plan of the building, the site condition, peripheral urban environment, and characteristic of the base design the building plain at first.
