 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 23 大连海事大学 毕业论文 二○一四年七月 浅析“长航蓝晶”轮惰性气体系统的应用 专业班级:轮机管理2010-13 姓 名: 杨 建 章 指导教师: 轮机工程学院 内容摘要 摘要:按照SOLAS公约的规定,现代油船应使用惰性气体系统作为安全控制装置。惰性气体系统在现代油船的实际操作中有着广泛的应用,例如,在货油的卸载作业期间,保持惰气的供给以防止空气进入油舱及保持油舱适当的正压。本文主要介绍油船上惰性气体系统的组成、操作程序以及惰性气体系统对的维护管理。 关键词: 惰性气体系统 组成 操作程序 维护管理 ABSTRACT: In accordance with the regulation of SOLAS , contemporary oil tanker should make use of IGS(inert gas system) as a device of safety control . There are extensive use on practice operation of contemporary oil tankers . For example , during the unloading of the cargo oil , keep the supply of inert gas to avoid air entering the cargo oil tank and keep the proper positive pressure of the cargo oil tank . This thesis main introduce the components, operation procedure and the maintenance and management of the IGS .
