 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 37 湖南高速铁路职业技术学院 毕业设计 2015（届） 题 目：长沙至张家界城际列车运行方案 系（部）：铁道运输系 专业班级：铁运1201 姓 　 名： 指导老师： ２０１４年１１月２１日摘 要 高速旅客列车开行方案是在客流计划的基础上进行编制，也是提高列车运行速度的质量保证，将旅客快速安全护送回家的重要技术支持。同时，也是编制旅客列车运行图和动车运用计划以及机车车辆的合理使用的基础，是旅客运输组织的核心问题。在当今高速旅客列车飞速发展的时代，我们应着重开行高速旅客列车。 本文简单地介绍了国内外高铁的现状和国内高速铁路的发展,特别是提出了几种开行方案在中国的研究:基于混合集成计划,如夜间列车计划;概述了高速列车开行特点和定义,了解了列车开行区段的影响因素，简单的运输组织模式,相对于一些模式,由于长张的城际客运专线只在本线运行,没有跨线线列车运行,我们采用的模式为“纯高速”模式，此外我们编制开行方案是在客流的基础上进行的——“按流开车”,节省运能。 在下一章中,我们简单地分析了其在修建过程中的可行性,从开行夕发朝至列车的可行性阐述了客运组织和技术设备的可行性，再者就是分析了其经济能力的承载，国务院通过的《中长期铁路规划网》表明，其在经济上会给予一定的支持。编制列车运行图是高速铁路运输组织的基础，通过组织列车按图行车，保证运输计划任务的完成，列车运行图可以展现出区间通过能力的强弱、动车车底的合理套用、列车在各区间运行及在各车站停站及通过状态。 关键词：列车运行图、运输组织模式、客流量、开行方案 AbstractHigh-speed passenger train operation plan is compiled on the basis of the traffic plan, also increase the speed of the train operation quality assurance, fast passenger security escort home important technical support.
