运城市房地产发展与经济增长关系的研究 系 别： 经济管理系 学科专业： 公共事业管理 姓 名： 指导教师： 运 城 学 院 2015年5月 运城市房地产发展与经济增长关系的研究 摘要：近年来，随着房地产经济的过快发展，已经发展成为各个城市的支柱产业，为了充分发挥房地产经济在市场经济中的重要地位，抑制当前房地产经济增长过热的不良情况，有必要分析房地产经济对市场经济发展的影响，以保证房地产经济能够健康稳定的发展，发挥它在市场经济体系中的重要作用。本文首先通过对国内外相关领域研究成果的总结，分析了目前此领域的研究现状。其次分析了我市房地产发展现状，此后系统的对投入产出方法的相关理论和模型进行介绍。通过研究运城市房地产投资和增加值与 GDP 的关系以及计算房地产贡献率和拉动率等相关指标来分析运城市房地产业对其本市经济发展的直接贡献；最后文章应用投入产出相关模型，通过对消耗系数、分配系数、影响力系数、推动力系数等一系列指标的计算与分析，完成运城市房地产业对相关产业的关联带动效应及对其本市经济波及影响效应的研究。 关键字：运城市；房地产业；国民经济；投入产出模型； Analysis of the relationship between Yuncheng real estate development and economic growth Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of real estate economy, has become a pillar industry of the city, in order to give full play to the real estate economy important position in market economy.The bad situation of the current real estate overheating growth inhibition, it is necessary to analysis the impact of the real estate economy on the development of the market economy, in order to ensure the healthy and steady development of real estate economy, play its important role in the system of market economy.This paper researches on the related fields at home and abroad are summarized, analyzed the current research situation in this field.Secondly, analyzed the current situation of real estate development in our city, related theory of input-output method and model and system are introduced.Through the research of Yuncheng real estate investment and added value associated with the relationship between the GDP and the calculation of the real estate contribution rate and pulling rate and other indicators to analysis of Yuncheng real estate direct contribution to the economic development of the city; the application of input-output model, through the calculation and analysis of the consumption coefficient, distribution coefficient, influence coefficient driving force coefficient, and a series of indexes, the completion of the Yunc
