中小型企业办公自动化系统的设计与实现 摘 要 本论文通过对中小型企业办公自动化系统进行需求分析，探讨了办公自动化系统应设计实现的功能。依据办公自动化系统的设计原则，对办公自动化系统的软件框架进行分析设计，进而为中小型企业提供一套高效的办公自动化解决方案，为其构建现代化的信息平台提供借鉴和参考。本论文详细讨论了办公自动化系统的设计方案。对办公自动化系统各个子系统进行划分和详细设计，论述各项功能的设计方法，给出设计流程图等相关设计图。整体设计方案采用B/S模式和的三层架构体系，按照国际互联网的标准进行设计实现。本论文还针对系统软件、硬件配置方案、系统安全性设计方案等几方面内容进行了讨论。最后，本论文对所做工作进行总结，并对今后可改进和进一步探索的问题进行了分析展望。本系统的应用满足了企业的办公网络化，自动化的管理需求，提高了企业内部的管理水平，进而全面提升了企业在市场中的综合竞争力。关键词：办公自动化；中小型企业；设计Abstract Along with the rapid development of Internet technologies，it can become a reality for office automation and information technology。The traditional office system requires a lot of paper, so this is a not for environmental protection. Office automation technology enables the implementation of the original by hand a variety of office activities，business activities can be accomplished by a variety of advanced computer technology and human-computer interaction information systems， as well as modern and intelligent office equipment，so that the office staff will get rid of cumbersome office model，can greatly improve office efficiency and focus on a variety of complex decision-making tasks，thus enhancing the quality of work, improve enterprise management level。 This paper proposed the design and implementations for office automation systems with specified requirements. This paper analyses and designs the software framework of office automation systems based on design principles, and thus prov_IDes an efficient office automation solution for small and medium-sized enterprises. Different subsystems are discussed in detail in the office automation design, with various modules, design methods and different _Types of charts prov_IDed. The overall design of office automation is based on B/S mode and the three-tier system, which correspond to the international standard.
