The author discovered that under the international environments cultural impact as well as the domestic bad social environments negative effect, the contemporary college students lack literacy education because of the family civilized education insufficiency, the school each kind of civilization management system not perfect as well as contemporary university students own weakness. Therefore, we should improve the quality of civilization college students so that they become a new era of socialist successor, by strengthening the knowledge of contemporary college students theory and practice of education, civilization, follow the law of moral education, foster a correct view of family education, and strongly relying on the civilized society and the environment in campus atmosphere, efforts to improve the capacity of self-education students.
