 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 汽车铝合金齿轮室数值模拟分析 摘 要 随着社会发展，铝合金压铸件的应用越来越广泛。但是由于各种因素，铝合金压铸件存在着诸多缺陷，如缩孔、缩松、气孔、裂纹、氧化夹杂等。这些缺陷制约了压铸工业的发展，影响压铸件的力学性能，安全性能。 压铸过程数值模拟是现代铸造工业的重要手段，通过模拟对铝合金齿轮室进行质量预报，从而减少制定压铸工艺的盲目性，通过对工艺参数的分析研究，可以优化方案，从而确保铸件质量，提高生产效率。这也为铸造工程师提供新的途径来研究压铸过程。 本文主要是运用Magma仿真软件，对汽车铝合金齿轮室在原有基础上进行数值模拟，观察其缺陷，然后针对这些缺陷进行工艺优化、改进。优化过后再模拟。 本文进行的模拟分析，为优化压铸工艺提供了理论依据和指导，实现了数值模拟的意义。 关键词：压铸，铝合金，齿轮室，数字模拟 ABSTRACT With the development of the society, there is an increasingly wide use of aluminum die casting. However, due to various factors, many defects exist in the aluminum die casting, such as shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity, pores, cracks and oxide inclusion, etc. These defects restrict the development of casting industry and influence the mechanical properties and safety performance of die casting. Numerical simulation of die casting process is an important way in modern casting industry. Forecasting the quality of aluminum gear housing by simulating can reduce the blindness of the development of die casting process; through the analysis of process parameters, the program can be optimized so as to ensure the quality of castings and improve production efficiency. This also provides a new way for foundry engineers to study die-casting process. This paper mainly uses Magmasoft to conduct numerical simulation on the basis of automotive aluminum alloy gear room to observe the defects, then to optimize and improve these defects. And simulation again. In this paper, the simulation analysis provides theoretical basis and guidance for optimizing the die casting process to realize the significance of the numerical simulation.
