摘要 本文利用微处理器来控制水泵转速，根据转速与水流压力关系特点?结合单片机 技术设计了一种较为完善的智能控制的生产/生活供水系统，本文采用STC89C52单片 机作为系统的微处理器，该控制器的硬件由数据采集、步进电机控制、水压传感器和 电源等模块组成,利用单片机外接 ADC 转换器采集管道压力,同时控制 ADC 模块的输 出,以改变水泵的运转速率,从而维持水压的动态稳定。水管中的压力传感器输出的模拟 量通过 AD 转换成数字量输出到单片机，在这之前要将数据采集程序、单片机控制步 进电机程序等输入到单片机内，单片机再通过输入的模拟量来调节步进电机的转速， 从而改变水泵的频率，使水压达到动态稳定。若水压超出事先设定的范围，此时红色 二极管就会发光以示警告?若压力在正常范围内则绿色二极管发亮以示正常。该系统 能够满足一个小区或一栋高楼居民对供水的需求,且具有高性能、高可靠性、低成本、 低能耗等特点。 关键词 恒压供水，数据采集， 变频调速，单片机控制 Abstract This paper using the micro processor to control water pump rotation speed, speed and the pressure relationship according to flow characteristic, the combination of single chip microcomputer design a kind of more perfect intelligent control production/life water supply system, the paper STC89C52 microcontroller as the system of the microprocessor, this controller hardware the data acquisition, step motor control, water pressure sensor and power supply module, using single chip computer external ADC converter collection line pressure, and the control of ADC modules of the output, to change water pump operation rate, thus keeping the water pressure dynamic stability. Water pipes pressure sensor output analog quantity through the AD transform into digital output to the SCM, and before that to the data collection procedures and single-chip microcomputer control procedure of the stepping motor input to the single chip inside, SCM again through the input analog quantities to adjust the speed of the stepping motor, which changes the frequency of the water pump, water pressure to a dynamic stability. If the water pressure is beyond the scope of the set in, right now the red diode shine to show warned, if the pressure in the normal range green diode as normal glistening projects.
