摘 要 本文通过对鼠标的结构特点，使用要求的市场调研以及注塑模具分析，提出了鼠标外壳设计方案。利用CAXA制造工程师设计出鼠标外壳,并且根据外壳的造型设计了鼠标外壳的凸模，提出了从造型设计到数控加工刀具轨迹仿真、代码生成和输送给数控机床等一体化的全面解决方案。从而缩短了模具的设计、制造周期，提高了模具加工质量和精度。 随着计算机、自动化及网络技术在制造系统中的应用，信息技术对制造技术发展的作用目前已占到第一位。虚拟制造技术是以计算机支持的仿真技术为前提，对设计、加工、成型、装配、维护等，经过统一建模形成虚拟的环境、虚拟的过程、虚拟的产品。本文最后对虚拟制造技术的应用前景作出了简略分析。 关键字：CAXA制造工程师，鼠标壳体，凸模设计，数控加工仿真，虚拟制造技术 Abstract Based on the structural characteristics of mouse, requirements of the use of market research and injection mold analysis, puts forward the design scheme of the mouse shell.Using CAXA Manufacturing Engineer to design a mouse shell, shell and according to the design of the mouse shell punch, made from the design to the NC machining tool path simulation, code generation and transmission to the CNC machine tools such as the integration of the overall solution.Thereby shortening the mold design, mold manufacturing cycle, improve the processing quality and precision.
