霍尔效应综述 摘要：本文主要叙述霍尔效应的原理，霍尔效应产生的条件，霍尔效应的几种副效应：厄廷豪森效应，能斯特效应，里纪—勒杜克效应，不等电势引起的电势差。通过霍尔效应实验测量霍尔元件的零位（不等位）电势和不等位电阻，测量霍尔电压与工作电流的关系，测量霍尔电压与励磁电流的关系，测量电磁铁气隙中磁感应强度的分布。从反常霍尔效应的背景、定义以及反常霍尔效应的发展前景作论述；通过整数霍尔效应论述、分数霍尔效应的论述，多方面地对霍尔效应的发展前景做了介绍。最后对霍尔元件的发展、用途做详细的介绍。 关键词：霍尔效应 霍尔效应副效应 反常霍尔效应 整数霍尔效应 分数霍尔效应 霍尔元件 Summary of Hall effect Abstract: This article mainly narrates the Hall effect principle, the condition which the Hall effect produces, Hall effect several kind of vice-effects: The distress seat of monarchical government Howson effect, can the Si special effect be supposed, in the discipline - - Leduc effect, the equipotential not to cause potential difference.
