摘要 电气设计是建筑设计中不可或缺的重要一环，传统的建筑电气设计已不能满足现代人们生活的要求，现代的建筑电气设计除采用先进的技术、先进的手段实现不断发展的建筑功能要求外，正向着人性化，智能化方向发展。本次智能建筑电气设计，本着“以人为本”的态度，严格遵循建筑电气设计规范、标准，进行设计。 本设计是宏基加州海岸7#楼电气系统设计。该建筑地上5层和一个阁楼，地上5层均为住宅。本次设计的主要内容分为强电部分和弱电部分。强电部分：该部分包括有照明系统、插座系统、防雷接地系统的设计；弱电部分：该部分包括有线电视系统、电话系统、可视对讲系统的设计等。其中照明系统主要包括照度计算，灯具选择及插座数量的确定，负荷计算主要是确定导线截面、型号和断路器等配电设备的选型，防雷接地系统包括确定防雷等级及各种防雷措施，接地选择和测试方法。 设计中查阅大量电气相关的资料，完成了照度计算，负荷计算，导线及设备的选择，共用AutoCAD绘图22张，以及1张手绘图。 关键词：照明；插座；低压配电；防雷接地；有线电视 Abstract Electrical design is an important ring of building design. Traditional building electrical design can not already satisfy modern people’s living standard. Modern building electrical design that realizes the building function requirement of unceasing development besides advanced means and the technology of advanced adopting besides, is melting towards human nature, intelligent direction development. This electric design in line with “found on people” idea, follows building electrical design standard strictly. This design is Hongji 7 # floor electrical system design .There are five floors above ground and one underground, and the rooms from the first floor to five floor are all residence. The main content of this design is divided into a strong electric part and weak electric part. Strong electric part: This part includes the designs of the room lighting system, electrical system, low-voltage distribution system and Lightning Protection and Grounding. Weak electric part: This part includes the designs of the cable television system, the telephone system and the inter-speaking system. Lighting system include intensity of illumination calculate lamps and lanterns, socket of quantity mainly. Load calculation is determining the wire section, model and circuit breaker distribution equipment selection, Lightning proof grounding system including sure lightning protection level and all kinds of the lightning protection and grounding selection and test methods.
