毕业论文（设计）题 目： 系部名称：专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年月 摘 要 家族企业作为一种普遍的企业组织形式，已经成为促进我国经济发展的一支生力军，但随着企业规模的扩大及市场和政策等外部条件的变化，家族企业的发展也面临着巨大的挑战。本文运用宏观和微观相结合的分析方法，提出了家族企业发展过程中存在的优势和劣势以及解决方案，认为家族企业在其创业阶段有着家族成员忠诚度高，凝聚力强，企业运作成本较低以及资源效率高等明显竞争优势，同时也找出了制约其发展壮大的瓶颈问题，即它在企业内部组织结构、管理和决策、人力资源管理和融资渠道上存在着很大的局限性，最后得出家族企业要想突破发展瓶颈，求得更大的发展，就必须采用现代企业制度，在管理方面，组织方面，融资方面，企业文化方面进行改革和创新，走一条适合自己发展的新道路。 关键词：家族企业；优势；瓶颈；改革 Research on Chinese Family Business development bottleneck and crack path Abstract The family business as a common form of business organization, promote Chinas economic development has become a new force, but with the expansion of business scale and market and policy changes in external conditions, the development of family enterprises are also facing huge challenges. This article has mainly utilized the combination of macro and micro analysis method, proposes the advantages and disadvantages, and solutions in family business development process, and solutions. considers that family businesses in their start-up stagehave obvious competitive advantages ,includingthe loyal family members, the stronger cohesion, the lower costs ,the higher resource efficiency, etc.and also identified the bottleneck restricting the development and growth, There are significant limitations in its internal organizational structure, management and decision-making, human resource management and financing.At last,we get the conclusion , in order to break through the bottleneck, and seek greater development.the development of family business must adopt a modern enterprise system in the management, organization, financing, corporate culture, reform and innovation, and take a new path for their own development.
