Chapter 11 Payment 货款的支付 The operation process of draft includes: to draw, presentation, acceptance, payment, endorsement, dishonor and recourse. Drafts are negotiable instruments and may be sold. If the drawer is a commercial concern, the bill is called a commercial bill. It is often used in foreign trade finance. If the drawer is a bank, the bill is called a banker’s bill. It is mainly used in remittance.
