壳聚糖热解液土壤微生物的培养 摘要:壳聚糖是一种原材料丰富的新型可再能源,它的开发利用有助于缓解能源和环境压力。热化学转化可以将这类物质转化为高附加值的化工原料,壳聚糖热解液。本文研究了不同浓度壳聚糖热解液对土壤微生物的影响,首先进行摸索试验,用水对土壤进行培养后将土壤上清液稀释到不同浓度分别接种培养,结果发现稀释10-3土壤液微生物数量最适合培养。然后用水和不同浓度的壳聚糖热解液喷洒土壤进行培养,溶解土壤取上清液稀释接种到牛肉膏蛋白胨和土豆两种培养基进行培养,初步探索到壳聚糖热解液与土壤微生物的关系,壳聚糖热解液能够抑制某有害菌的生长,而某些微生物能够利用壳聚糖热解液生长。实验表明,土壤中施用浓度稀释倍数为10-4时,土壤可培养微生物种类和数量比原土壤微生物多约25倍,因此壳聚糖热解液处理土壤可以改善土壤微生物区系的组成。 关键词:壳聚糖;热解液;土壤;微生物;培养基 The EffectS of Chitosan Pyrolysis Liquid on Soil Microbes Abstract: Chitosan is a wealth of new renewable raw materials, energy, it helps to ease the development and utilization of energy and environmental pressures. In this paper, pyrolysis of different concentrations of chitosan solution on soil microbes, the first to explore the test, water on the soil after cultivation supernatant was diluted to different concentrations of soil were inoculated with culture and found that the soil solution diluted microbial 10-3 the number of the most suitable training. Then water and different concentrations of chitosan solution spray pyrolysis were cultured in the soil, dissolved soil inoculated with the supernatant diluted to the beef extract and peptone medium potatoes, two kinds of training, the initial exploration into the chitosan solution and soil pyrolysis the relationship between the thermal decomposition of chitosan solution can inhibit the growth of certain harmful bacteria, and some microorganisms can take advantage of thermal decomposition of chitosan solution growth. Experiments show that the concentration of soil application of 10-4 dilution, the soil type and number of culturable microorganisms more than about 25 times the original soil, so soil solution pyrolysis of chitosan can improve the composition of microbial flora.
